When will my hosting account be ready?
Your hosting account is created automatically once your payment is confirmed. You can find the access details under Client Area › Products & Services, on the service detail page.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. With Change Package on the service detail page you can upgrade immediately or downgrade at the end of the billing period. When upgrading, only the difference for the remaining period is invoiced.
Can I use a domain registered elsewhere?
Yes. Choose to use your existing domain while ordering and point the domain name servers to the addresses we send you. You can also transfer the domain to us later.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit or debit card, bank transfer or account balance. When auto renewal is on, the renewal invoice is collected on its due date from your balance or saved card.
How do I get technical support?
Open a ticket for the relevant department from Support Requests in the client area. You can follow the replies and the ticket status on the same screen.
