This text has been prepared under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and Law No. 6698 (KVKK), to obtain your explicit consent for İlter Medya Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“İlter Medya”) to send you newsletters, campaign and announcement messages. This text is separate from the KVKK Privacy Notice; information on the processing of your personal data is in the Privacy Notice.
1. Scope
If you give consent, we may send commercial electronic messages (e-mail, SMS) about our services, news, campaigns and discounts to the e-mail address you provided and, if you allowed it in your profile, to your phone number. For this purpose your e-mail address, phone number, the date and time of consent and the channel through which it was given (form, IP address) are recorded.
2. Consent is optional
This consent is entirely optional; not giving it does not affect your membership, orders or use of our services. Consent is given by ticking the box yourself; the box is never pre-ticked.
3. Notifications that are not commercial messages
Information about your account, order and service (order and payment confirmations, invoices, renewal and expiry reminders, security alerts, changes to agreements, support replies) is not a commercial electronic message; it is sent as a requirement of the service and does not depend on this consent.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. Every commercial message contains a way to refuse further messages; you can also withdraw consent in the notification permissions of the Profile section in the customer panel or by writing to bilgi@iltermedya.com. Your refusal is applied within three business days at the latest, after which no commercial messages are sent.
